Patrolman Darrin Elbertson Retirement Announcement

**RETIREMENT ANNOUNCEMENT**

ETPD would like to announce Patrolman Darrin Elbertson’s retirement after 25 years of service.

“Ptl. Elbertson (also known as Tug), served for the U.S. Air National Guard from 1988-1993. From there he served began his law enforcement career with the Burlington City Police Department in June of 1991 and joined ETPD in 2000. Darrin served numerous roles within the police department which included firearms instructor, a Detective, as well as evidence technician. Throughout his career Darrin received numerous awards which includes a Life Saving Award and Officer of the Year. After many years of dedicated service to the township of Eastampton and it’s residents, it is greatly appreciated and he will be missed by all. We wish you a safe, happy, and healthy retirement.”
