About The Detective Bureau
ETPD's Detective Bureau is headed by Detective Ricky Tracy and Detective Vannoy. The Detective Bureau is an investigative branch, responsible for conducting follow up investigations to crimes, as well as responding out to crime scenes when called upon.
Detective Ricky Tracy is a graduate of the Gloucestor County Police Academy having graduated from both the Class II and BCPO program. Det. Tracy has been employed with ETPD since 2016 having served previously with North Hanover Police Department as well as New Hanover Police Department.
Detective Vannoy is a graduate of the Gloucestor County Police Academy having graduated from the Class I, Class II, and also BCPO programs. Det. Vannoy has been employed with ETPD since 2015 having served previously with New Hanover Police Department as well as Mount Holly Police Department.
