Ptl. Tippin named 2019 Officer Of The Year

Ptl. Tippin, a graduate of the Camden County Police Academy, has been with ETPD since 2016. Prior to his law enforcement experience he had served as with the U.S. Marines and obtained his bachelors degree in Criminal Justice from Wilmington University. Ptl. Tippin was praised for his consistency throughout the 2019 calendar year and has quickly established himself as a model example for others to follow.
