Richard Tracy and Michael Vannoy promoted to Detective

On December 20, 2021, Richard Tracy and Michael Vannoy were promoted to the rank of Detective.

Each officer has gone through rigorous training and have been assigned to the Detective Bureau for the last three years where each have excelled in their positions. Throughout the testing these officers have been integral parts of ETPD’s investigations including but not limited to interviews, collection of evidence, and identifying and charging of suspects.

Detective Tracy is a graduate of the Gloucestor County Police Academy having graduated from both the Class II and BCPO program. Det. Tracy has been employed with ETPD since 2016 having served previously with North Hanover Police Department as well as New Hanover Police Department.

Detective Vannoy is a graduate of the Gloucestor County Police Academy having graduated from the Class I, Class II, and also BCPO programs. Act. Det. Vannoy has been employed with ETPD since 2015 having served previously with New Hanover Police Department as well as Mount Holly Police Department.
